My husband and I are first-time homeowners and really didn't know much about the house buying process when we started. We happened upon Dyan purely by chance when one of my husband's co-workers mentioned in passing that her mother was a real estate agent in the area. What a stroke of luck as we could not have asked for a better agent!

What impressed us most with Dyan was her ability to quickly assess what we were looking for in a house and her determination to find the "right" house for us. She was patient and flexible, going out of her way to make sure she answered all of our questions and met our needs. She was always willing to work around our busy schedule and was so patient and sweet with our 2-year-old who was constantly in tow. She even shared her french fries with him which won him over instantly. :)

She really took the time to get to know us as people and was always readily available. We were amazed at how quickly she responded to our texts, phone calls, and emails no matter what time of day or night. She made us feel like we were her only clients and always seemed to be able to make time for us. Dyan was efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. She "fought" for us every step of the way whether it was negotiating a better deal or comparing the pros and cons of yet another house.

On top of everything else, Dyan has a great personality and sense of humor. She made our search fun and enjoyable and we looked forward to our meetings. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our search and know we owe this success to our awesome real estate agent! We feel so grateful and truly blessed to have had Dyan as our guide and mentor in the house buying process.
